| I think the thump float was definitely the best during the parade. After they parked, I spent the rest of the night at the Skills float. Awsome set at the end my Dyloot ant Mystre =). |

| ^Ah too bad I missed Dyloot and Mystre's set, Got distracted at the Spundae float and the psy float next to it, oh darn :D. Really tho Sandra Collins set wasn't the greatest, but it was nice hearing Tilt - The World Doesn't know. |

Yep, the psytrance float was one of the more popular floats at LP this year. For some reason psytrance outdoors sounds really really good :D

Sweet! Thanks dude. Its too bad we all couldn't chill more, but we lost you guys in the crowd and my friend Karloz was soooo exhausted! We were partied out! When we went to my friends hotel room to change, he fell asleep on a chair in mid conversation....yeah, we weren't going ANYWHERE after that except for home.
Oh yeah, does anyone have:
1) more links to pictures? I can't find any on the web.
2) Song I.D. I still have not written my review for my Florida Peeps and I am TERRIBLE at song I.D.s Help me out here!

And did you see the dude with the shopping cart, one powered speaker, tiny generator, and the drumb stick pad. LMAO!!!
(Oh he got kicked out by the way, I guess he didn't have permission for his ghetto "float") I have a pic of the dude in my photo album.
Seriously, I wonder how much money was spent. Obviously some groups didn't spend much, but Thump probably had the most professional looking float, much like the ones I've seen in pics from LP Berlin. |
WHAT?!?! That guy had Thee best float there! He was pimp!
hahahahahha...

songs I definetely remember.....
1.- The Bucketheads - The Bomb! (these sounds fall into my mind)
2.- Modjo- Lady (Hear Me Tonight)
3.- Salt N Pepa - Push It
4.- Tiesto - Traffic
5.- ATB - You're Not Alone
6.- Tomcraft - Zombie Nation
7.- Green Velvet - La La Land
8.- Marco V - Loops N Things
9.- Newcleus - Jam On It
10.- It's Time
There was tons more, but I dont remember the names.... I never heard Zombie Nation in front of several 1000's of people, and let me tell you.... IT WAS INSANE!!!!!!! That song might be burned out, but when they played it on the Skills stage... OMFG!!!!! I went nuts!!!!! St John played Traffic, and some other DJ played Push It on the Red Bull stage.

Damn, the best looking float IMO was THUMPIN by THUMP RADIO... Damn, all those hot topless girls on that float!!!! The music was really good too!!!!
The most fun floats, I have to make it a tie between the Skills Stage, The Psy Trance Stage and the little platform where Christian Smith was playing. OMG, I never heard him before and he kicked some serious techno ass!!!! When I walked by, he was DJing infront of like 3 people, then I started dancing, getting all into it... and before you knew it... the float was happening!!!! Chris is now one of my favorite and more fun techno DJs I ever heard!. I didnt really like John Selway, I felt like he kept on killing it for Chris. Chris would get hard, then john would go soft... They kept on going back and forth playing 2 songs each. :eyespop: |
