it all started this weekend 2 years ago.. my mom went on a trip to nyc thanks giving weeekend 2002, and fast was telling me to come to ferry...
that weekend was my first time at aria (or any afterhour/club that i had a good time)
i got hooked lol...
now im listening to the track: your first time and it goes: do u remmember ur first time? the first came home past sunrise, the first nite u felt house (or trance in that case)

I was 15, my sister brought me to that club in chicoutimi ( it was dope ... seriously ) and i heard thing ... and it got me hooked ...

First thing that hook up to electronic music is the eiffel 65 song when I was in Highscool (secondaire 3)..ahaha..since then..i like it but of course, I dont listen to this anymore, but that is what opened my ears and eyes to a complete different world that i cherish and love now!

shiiiiiite KrinKer.. we have something in common.. hehe.. I was 16 and my sister took me to see Sasha & Digweed @ the Just for Laughs musuem.. Northern Exposure tour I think.. mind you she had a crush on a dj in the Drum & Bass room so I got stuck listening to most of LTJ Bukem's set.. ugh
that was a fun 'ravey' venue though! :D

| First time for me was at the celebration of the new year @ Aria, last year. I didnt know who the hell it was, I think it was Misstress Barbara lol :) maybe not her, anyway it was crazy and this was the first time I went in an afterhours, I found the music sick. Then my ex-girlfriend (who was my g/f this time) told me to download some Carl Cox and I saw DJ Tiësto in the list and I found Tiësto awesome, since then im listening to EDM, and pumping techno is the best :crazy: |

first time for me was Utopia 2001.....dont remember it at all now.....first big rave was Swirl in 2002..with Mauro Picotto....I went there with Mekroon...good time....and first afterhour was Johan Gielen @ Aria.....I have to admit that since then....I've never been partying elsewhere than Aria.....
I just cant....feels like a second home there now,.... |

| I always enjoyed dance music...even as a kid. I use to play Doom while listenin to Dance Cassettes I'd buy...then I explored other genres...saw what they had to offered then I came back to EDM. Eventually got a taste of all the subcategories and stuff. But I really do prefer it over everything else. One of the songs that got me hooked for life was DJ Kim - Jetlag (Alphazone Remix). First event for me was also PvD @ Aria April 17th 2003. me and gaby were freaking out...wow what a night! |

My first event was Oasis 2001 @ Bell Center.. Oakenfold, Nivok, Genie, etc. I was 16 years old and all I knew were few Scooter songs a the Carl Cox set at Honolulu for NYE 2000 :D
I wasnt even aware who Oakenfold was..
Then, after so much readings on TA, I went to Aria Night Club for MARCO V (August 2002) ! And I was celebrating my 18th birthday.
Awesome night. His set was 75% like the one he did at Sensation Black in Europe few or many weeks before. Very good set. Met Taha, and he introduced me to all current TAs. I danced all night long without speed or like that, my energy was made of faith and admiration for that world I was discovering. One of the best event I went. |

after that i saw ferry $ mauro in the same weekend
and only 2 weeks later
