Who do you think is America's greatest ally? UK or Israel?

It really depends on what an ally is. I voted for the UK, as you usually do whatever the US requests of you, whereas Israel needs to be pressed in some situations.

israel probably wouldn't exist these days had it not been for US funding.

| Without going into a lot of details here. Israel is USA's most loyal ally. I know we are their most loyal ally also all will be till the very end. |

The UK helps America the most, whereas Israel recieves the most help from America...
So, who's the greater ally? The one who helps or the one that gets the help?
Depends which way you look at it really. I would say from that that Israel is of more importance to America (hence the help they give), but if I were an American citizen, I would be more greatful to the UK and consider them our greatest ally for the support... |

How so? As far as I am aware, the only countries to fight side by side with the Israelis have been Britain and France (to America's great annoyance) Israel has never helped out in any of America's recent wars (maybe thru intelligence but dont think that counts as much as troops) So how Israel is America's most loyal ally I dont know! They hardly abide by what Washington says do they?! |

| Out of the topic.. I was looking into people that support Bush and Kerry.. I was surprise to see that Kerry has somewhere above the 70% support from the Jewish Comminty, and on my neighborhood, and orthodox was telling jews to vote Kerry.. I thought they would be greatly supportive tours Bush. |

i dont think the UK needs help from the US. your ecomony is strong, 1st class government and your empire is not being attacked from all sides 24/7 by radicals storming to take your country over.

i cant back this up, but i would guess that the people in israel is much more supportive of the US than the people of the UK. that is also a way of looking at it |
