WOW heaps of freakin energy in this track. I wanted to get off my seat at work jump around & !! :p :p
Love it m8. Your a pro!! bow to teh master! :toothless :toothless
0:00 - 1:00 nice rythme. nothing too fancy. builds a bit.
1:10 nice energy coming out now. The hi hats sound funny, could just the sample quality.
2:10 new rythme introduced.
3:00 pretty generic sorta stuff
3:25 the turning point
3:30 SWEEEEET!! :D :p :p
3:50 this is where this song stands out from the rest. It makes sense how you start the song to build up to this pinnicle. Now that i know where the song is taking me I absolutely love it.
5:00  :p :p :p loving it!
5:40 -> nicely winding down
5:40 - 6:50 whats that weird ringing noise? Its part of the rythme & sound great to the right, but to the left it sounds funny.
I am really impressed with this track. It pays off in teh end. Good one pho mo. (Always expect great stuff from this guy!:toothless ) ;) |

I really enjoyed this song - the melody is perfect - i love chord changes like you at the end of each melody sequence, like Barber's Adagio/Tenshi had.
Maybe make the main synth a bit more 'full' if you know what I mean - a bit more depth, maybe more chords; it sounds good, but I think it could sound better.
Nice kick (azur??). Can't really think of other any criticism - just a really solid club track. |

Firstly, thanks to everyone who has given me incredible feedback on my tune!
I've been working hard on the mix for the last month or so, taking into account everthing you guys have said. May I say, all extremely good points! I completely agree with everything you guys have said.
So I've now updated the link in the original post, with changes:
- main melody synth has now been completely tweaked, with much more presence and mid frequencies
- breakdown completely reworked, should have a lot more energy
- ugly clashing high-hats have been removed
Thanks heaps for all the feedback, it has really been invaluable! If there is any more feedback for this particular mix, i'd love to hear it! |

the intro of the song, all the elements line up very nicely
i'm a big fan of the those acid-type synths, good work on those... the lead had me a little confused but it was good, it's not predictable and epic (perhaps a little too epic for my tastes near the end of that lead melody, but whatever works)
please tell me you're getting this signed, and looking forward to hearing more from you |
