Ah well no doubt the experience was great but im thinking strictly about what they played and how they played it. Some of the best party experiences of my life have happened during some of the least memorable Dj sets as well as during some pretty amazing ones.
For example, Sneaks 1st ever Birthday party at Industry back in 1998. It was a surprise party for him and everyone showed up including daft punk. It was on a thursday night and there had to be about 500 people there. They all got drunk and played the sloppiest sets ever but the fact is that it was a night that went down in history as memorable.
Imagine seeing guys like junior sanchez and thomas bangalter dancing in the crowd while sneak is playing.
Yup that was a good night. |

Margs, did you post yours? I can't find it? |
i'm trying to think about it.
but sets are hard to think of because i rarely listen to the entire set from start to finish at a club. i'm searching through reviews. |

(re: pvd wednesday)
yeah what a twisted wednesday night, PVD blew the roof off that night. However, I did think that his performance in the KH just last October (I think) was equally good. ing relentless man. |

I was thinking the same thing...Ibiza, Berlin, London, NYC...the most of you are probably thinking of Montreal! (and / or Miami)
My fav crowds and vibe are always in Toronto tho, believe it or not. |

That i think was the first time partying at BOA where the vibe was truly enhanced by the TA presence. All right up front, just GIVIN 'er. If i recall correctly, Sean Miller spun "Phat Dope " (Saeed & Palash RMX) - Loco Dice at around 2:30 and the place went OFF. Oddly enough, i think thats the only time i recall hearing that track at BOA. |

And for just pure party experiences, i cant leave out the ones in MTL at Aria, Piknik Electronik, and the MASSIVE Cream. The people in Montreal know the meaning of afterhours, but Toronto is catching on rather quickly i must say.

I'll never forget the first time I saw Armin at Labour of Love 2002, he spun for 5 hours and was dropping anthem after anthem.
After that I didn't think I'd ever hear a better set.
Until I saw Ferry play for 8 hours in March.
The dutch just seem to know how to bring it! |
