What workout is good for shoulders

I have a trouble with that part of the body, I have so weak shoulders.



What kind of workout do you do for shoulders? I have an access to all of machines, and thats stuff but still it is very hard for me to shape muscle shoulders

Boxing, indefinitely.

My shoulders and back are the most well-toned parts of my body and I know exactly what it comes from: jab, cross, jab, cross, hook, jab, cross, hook, upperceut, etc...

You don't even have to have a punching bag - that's just to add a little resistance and realism. Shadowboxing for 20 mins a day will get that area nice and lean within a few months...heighten the routine for better results, of course. :D

Yeah I agree with that, I did boxing for 2/3 years and was ing buff.

boxing definitely rounds them out.

to bulk though, I like doing extreme incline bench press, 3/5 a military to isolate front delts. I like doing standing bent over reverse flies for medial head / seated triangle rows too. for rear head it was getting the straight bar and doing a palm down pull on seated rows to isolate them.

1 arm cable rows are good too. Put the handle round knee height and do an across the body extension...


edit: i usually do 1 warmup of 15 with reallly light weight. like 10lbs with db, 90lbs with rows. Then 4x8. the last set is murder. have to almost cheat to get the last 4 up.






still need a lot of work, but I was getting there.
