you say "Wtf are these people thinking?" right after you talk about chicks getting their genital area pierced.
now, m aybe you werent referring to genital piercings on females at all, but it sure as hell looks like it to me based on you saying both the pics look nasty, and then the other comment.
and i dont care if you are talking about male or female, the comment of "wtf are these people thinking" offends me.
you are allowed to have any opinion you want, but jesus, have a little tact. if i went into a thread about changing hair color or people who get breast implants, and said "ew... wtf are these people thinking getting this done??"..thats my opinion and i have every right to say it, but its pretty damn certain that i will offend someone with that statement.
throughout the whole thread, people say they wouldnt get stuff like that done, and that didnt bother me. like i said, once it gets to the level of a statement like "wtf are these people thinking? (getting pierced)".. that is a blanket statement that definitely envelops me, and i dont appreciate it. period. |

Once again if you don't like open forums where ppl express their views then feel free not to read this post, because I'm not going to be PC and say that it's all good when I obviously think that it's dumb to pierce your dick. WTF is an expression of my horror and amazement at what ppl will do to themselves, when I see a guy's dick with a piercing it makes me cringe...sorry I can't be tactfull about that.
and once again I'll remind u that this thread is about piercing, it's not about how cool piercing are...all the thread asks is if ppl have piercing. U shared that u have many and love it...that's fine, I shared that I think that ppl who have 'certain' piercing are crazy (in my eyes).
If u feel that I'm being an ass or not tactful then I suggest that u post on forums where ppl hold the same opinions as u. (The I LOVE BODY Piercing forum would be ideal). I like this forum because ppl have diverse views...if u don't then that's your problem. |

i am not focusing on you talking about how you dont think guy's should get pierced there. i am talking about your GENERAL comments (that i quoted in my last response) about guy AND girl piercings.
and yea, im sure if i went and posted a thread about people who love piercings, it would get a better response... but you honestly cant believe that if you go into a thread about breast implants (my example from before) and said the same sort of comments, that you wouldnt have people being offended and bitching you out for it. if you really think you would not get a negative reaction out of that, you need to go visit more message boards than this one. im all for people having their own opinions, but again, its one thing to say you dont like it, and another thing to talk like people who get pierced are weird in some way, especially when people liek that read the thread. although maybe thats just my board etiquette talking from past experiences, who knows.
anyways, this discussion obviously isnt going to go anywhere, so ill stop now. continue talking with imilk about how freakish people like myself are. ill answer when someone has something positive to say. |

Methinks I've hit a nerve or sumthing....okay...if it makes u happy i'll apolgize for giving my opinion on the subject. I only responded because u named me in a thread while I was talking in general. I don't mean to imply that ppl with piercing are freaks, but i do question why someone would want to pierce certain areas of their bodies, and it's not the same as having breast implants or dyeing your hair green like u stated in your earlier post. Do u honestly think that there are equal number of ppl who pierce their genitals compared to the number of women who have breast implants. Face it...Piercing genitals is not a common thing, even in our 'open minded' society so you'll excuse me if i am shocked at some of the pictures that i saw on this thread.
I will agree those that this argument in going nowhere...u have your views and i have mine and they don't look like they will change. I only initated this argument because i was refereed to personally.

Umm okay, I am not even pierced at all, so I will say this carefully, but yes, I bet there are roughly as many people with pierced genitals as breast implants, or at least if one is a larger number than the other it wouldnt be by a large enough number to be all that big of a difference. Kytracid, I am not trying to judge anyone harshly, but you arent the well informed party on this topic, sothis IS. She obviously likes to do this, and is well informed, so if a thread is named: 'are you pierced?' and she feels like telling everyone here her beliefs, then she should also feel that we will respect her views, especially when she knows what she is talking about. By continuing with your :'Hey dude! Look at this! Its disgusting!' discussion I feel you are only insulting those who take this seriously more. Im sure its not intentional, and I am really only trying to act as an intermediary here...hopefully I am not pissing more people off :D. late/ |

hmm..Im with Sothis on this one. While I think that dick peircing dont look good, thats just personal taste. Personally I think 1 (no more) peircings 'down there' on a chick r in insane!!! such a turn on. On the other hand, Getting your scrotum peirced would be interesting...
still cant get over buddy with the tubing in his back. That is more 'wrong' to me than anything, and cuz of you, im actually lookin into a surface peircing in my arm. LOOK WHAT YOUVE DONE!
BTW ky..your bein an ass. You are being very closed minded like sothis said. Have your opinions and all, but its self expression, if u dont like it, EAT A DICk, no need to say its wrong. And im VERY glad there are colorful characters in the world. Otherwise it would be in boring as reading your responses.....;) Ill take my shots too. |
