My opinion is that PVD set sucked,and to be honest with you guys atmosphere at GUV was nothing compared with DJ TIESTO's at KOOLHAUS!!I am so disapointed that some of you were saying that PVD was better than Tiesto...which is not true!!Those two DJ's are playing completlly different styles of TRANCE music!!!!:whip:
Anyway thats my opinion...you can flash me or hate me now ,but I still love you very much!!!

Ok then what was so good about Tiesto's set? Cause he danced around drunk...
I loved both sets but PVD's set was good. The music Tiesto plays with all the uplifting tracks can create a better vibe because the crowd is a bit more hyper than a PURE trance set from PVD |

Then PVD was stoned or something, cuz he didn't move all nite long...
Anyway, I liked them both, but Tiesto just created waaay more energy in KoolHaus and his set just has more "vibe" to it... PVD was all right, and he didn't disappoint, but in my opinion he didn't get even close to "Magik Man" Tiesto. |

| I'll have to agree with tranceludak on this one... pvd was good, not question about that, BUT a few things pissed me off about him and his set... he spins with no passion whatsoever, this really irritates me since i really like to see dj's get into it with the crowd and connect with the crowd, pvd never raised his head once! i got the impression like he got there just to promote his new cd and didnt give a about the crowd, like whatever... secondly, there were just too many breakdowns in his set, whenever he goes into a buildup, he breaks down... ok, thats his style, but i dont really like it at all, i want to peak!! he peaked just a few times throughout the whole set, and thats when he played uplifting trance tracks... he did play a hard pounding set, but whats the use if youre not going to peak and if youre going to break down every fawking minute... i might as well listen to hard house... so to rate the night, id say 5/10... :) |

PVD is damn good.........
The reason he is "Dead, with no emotions" is because he puts all his attention and emotion into his set............that's what made him a professional and his pure trance set so great
You don't have to jump and yell to enjoy the music.........the NRG was flowing inside of me when I heard PVD's set yesterday
About Tiesto.......I've seen him live........I don't see anything great about Tiesto.......PVD's mixing skills is way better than him |
