something along the lines of this:
then eventually we got windows 3.11
it was awesome because all my other geek friends had 3.1
and i had 3.11
which meant i was better
(this was all in second or third grade mind you, but also in 4th grade my friend and i wrote a .bat file to run on startup before windows opened that displayed some error, then just flashed deleting... at the top of the screen, then proceded to list all the files on the c drive. hehe kids would freak out cause they thought it was something they did
BTG
i think it was either a 386 or a 286. then later, i upgraded to a 486!!!! and eventually, a PENTIUM 120!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! where i played many hours of NHL 97.

awesome..... did you do it with a pringles can and some wire?

my first was a commodore 64, we had one in junior kidergarten too,i still know some commands....

how did so many games fit on one disk!
i remember a ghetto game called lemonade stand.... at school they thought it was educational or something...... but it was just some game, if you changed a couple words it would be like that drug dealing game.
wheel of fortune was sick too.
air hockey.
bowling
some wizard game.... its all coming back to me...

lemonade stand was the back when i was a little kid. you have to understand this was high tech when i was young. i loved that game.

what was better though was that wagon game where you were travelling in a wagon in the old west. tight. like your sister might get bit by a snake and .... awwww.... the good ole days.
