School curses

A week today, four kids from my school we driving around outside of Collingwood. All of them were wasted, except the driver, not as much.
They slammed into a tree. One passenger dead, two other passengers injured, driver gets a concussion.
RIP Richard Crean.
The driver is really dumb kid I know, who was driving without a license AND was drinking AND was on probation... so he's looking at some serious jail time.
There has been a death in my school (approx 1200 students) every year for like the past 6 years. Is it this bad at other schools? |

we had a few in high school....sometimes more than one a year...
there is no such thing as curses...it just happens. |

Just had two deaths due to automobile accidents happen, last night. Didn't know either one of them, but they went to my old high school that's had some other instances in the past of students being killed in accidents.
In all occurances, none of them were drunk, but ALL of them were speeding over 70 mph on country backroads. |

| I went to a small 5,000 student art school and we had a couple murders. One asian kid was talking to his parents in a phone booth in town and a man came by and killed him while he was on the phone. |

I can only imagine how the parents would react in that situation. Hearing their kid being murdered by phone...
A friend of mine from school hung himself 2 years ago. He was a good guy, and a great artist. It was a month or so before christmas. Sad, really :( |

Same for my old high school. Sept 11 deaths -> 4 kids die in car crash a month later -> 1 kid killed a month later.
The year before and the year after had deaths, too. I'm sure a suicide or two spread out among the years, as well. |
