i like fried potatoes chopped into bits, and i also like potatoes in my soup.
"There were three women running from the cops. One was a Red head, one was a Brunette, and the other was a Blonde. They all ran into in alley and hid in three seperate sack bags. When the cops got to the alley, they saw the sack bags and began to poke them to see what was inside. When they poked the red head's sack, they heard a "meow", and so they thought it was a cat. When they poked the brunettes sack, they heard a growl, and so they though it was a dog. But when they poked the blondes sack, they heard "PO--TA--TOE" |

i like getting mashed...up. but only occasionally.
potatoes are good tho, best potato dish ever! Pytt y Panna, something reasonably common in Sweden but which generally shouldnt be ordered at a restaurant. (youll get the leftovers of whatever the other dish was the other day sometimes).
basically cube hash browns, various meat and horseradish flavor. you cook it in the pan(per the Panna) put it on a plate, use the pan to make eggs without cleaning it and then add red beets. its nigh the perfect meal. esp if youve been drinking.
ive closely replicated it in the US, but its not the same. i hope to find it somewhere someday| |

i just want to post that i just ate another one of my fav potato dishes the other night.. potato stew soup .. some carrots, potatoes, chicken cooked in some curry sauce .. cook them up really good and eat with bread. preferably french bread (long bread, if people do not know this) ..
man i must be hungry right now .. arg.... |
