IronChef Foicite: there are so many ways to enjoy a potato! you can even make a battery with it!

We have a place called In & Out burger, and they have the best french fries, cooked in 100% vegtable oil, they rule.

scalloped potatos
bakes potatoes
potato kabobs
mashed rule, you can eat them at any stage of life :crazy:

Anyways...I love potatoes (LOL I can't believe I'm replying to this!)...especially as french fries!

Perhaps some of the workout gurus around here can answer a question for me: do potatoes have any worthwhile nutritional value? As far as I know they're just bags of starch.

I wish I liked potatoes more than I do, because university food service keeps trying to shove them down me left and right.

The skins have some good stuff in em, the middle/main bit doesnt really contribute much in terms of huge health benefits.

That said, they are my favourite food bar NONE!!

Roast Potatoes!!! Crispy outside, mushy inside, lush!!
Fries/Chips
Baked
Potatoe Salad (only time I eat em cold)
Mashed with a big dollop of butter
Hash Browns
etc

starch is actually quite good for muscle build-up, when you wanna tone up. rice, bread, pasta are always good as well.
