This is not the first time that officials in Belgorod have tried to raise the moral standing of society.
Early this year they launched a campaign to stop people swearing and encouraged police to fine anyone heard using "four-letter" words.

Don't pity them, young russians have waaay more fun than people out here in Canada, and I would expect the US as well.
So don't feel too sorry for them, after taking a couple of months of vacation over in Ukraine this year and the year before, I realized just how ing pathetic and boring North American "nightlife" is.
Going again this summer hopefully! |
