You my friend are a top bloke.

You ask an excellent question, and I think that beautiful sex is a form of art, so art as a direct expression of sex. On the subject once I had sex with this hippy chicky that was an artist, and she was a strange one. Halfway through the wild monkey dance she jumps up and starts painting on this half finished canvas in her room. This didn't stop me however, but it wasn't that good a painting to be honest, although I didn't analyse it like I would in a gallery. Although if one was able to do such things in an art gallery art would be more popular. Wait a minute, I'm now being silly.

I think that art is a concept, its not something you can touch and feel. My favorite art form is human interaction, which is something you cannot see. We cannot exist though sex, but its rather ironic that we exist because of sex.

The best sex is had when people are really in tune with one another.

Not that is art.

Some people seem to adopt sex as an art, and I think those people tend to be very in touch with themselves and others. Art seems to be something one might have interest in perfecting - art, in its purest form, is passion exemplified by honesty.

Love, as in independent idea (if that's even truly possible), is passionless. It so seldom works out for people because they let passion get in the way. Since sex is often-times passionate, there exists a division between sex and love; purity and passion. Of course, nobody truly lives with purely love or passionate sex - there will always be a balancing degree of the other at hand - this is what differentiates sex from 'ing'.

Where does the art come into play? Honest expression of one's essence, one's existence exerted upon the psyche of another...would most-likely scare away the normal person who's just looking to get 'ed'. Or maybe they're into that sort of thing, it varies. Anyways, sex as an honest expression becomes art, as art is, in itself, passionate honesty...just as much as truly good sex is.

Tautology, I know. But nobody said sex was a safe thing...for the sake of the mind's natural proclivity towards ignorance.

When sex truly becomes art is when lovemaking is not confined to the sexual act of intimacy. Just as a painter's brush becomes an extension of his or her arm and hand so the other person whom you love becomes one with your mind.

There are many parts of intimacy that are often forgotten, and these are the parts I view as an art form. Sure, anybody can have sex or can , just as anyone can pick up a brush and paint on a canvas. But the elements of lovemaking that I consider to be artforms are the different ways to kiss to someone to so they feel wanted or the centre of passion, the soft touch to make someone feel comfortable, the things spoken to trigger someone's imagination, taking someone out of their comfort zone and making them let go of their insecurities and personal restraints.
