War was in our backyard in our history, the most modern in WWII in Hawaii and Alaska and don't forget the cold war in Cuba and off our shores, not to mention having 20,000 nuclear missiles aimed at your cities, with a press of a button capable of destroying the world in under 5 hours. I think our country knows more than you think. We know what it is like to lose 200,000 soldiers in battle and we know what it is like to have 3,000 innocent people die. I'm not sure how you or Cyrus King understand war or terror more, if that is what you are implying, being from Australia and Canada respectively.
Americans get what's coming to them? I guess all the good that the US does around the world is void because of Iraq? People are sure nice to US when they want a nice large aid package, when they are in trouble militarily, or when they need a peace broker... |

For general Knowledgement.
Cyrus is a 13 year old teenager, most of this forum members are well over their 18's.
This is actually the first time I'm susprised to see the majority is starting to realise the hatred in Cyrus's posts.
You have some real intelligent answers do you Cyrus?
If this is a debate in which each has to display and explain his opinions, why is it that when Firestarter showed you some counter facts you immidiatley cancelled and said
"This is about USA terrorism, go open a new thread"
you are making this one sided, you want everything your way,
you have forgotten how the Iraqi's were happy and crying with joy when Saddam was captured, how they have ripped his statue from Bagdhad's main square and dragged it with cheers.
And until you dont counter his opinions with suitable arguments about the past of Iraq which wasnt worse then today but cartainly wasnt much better youre still the minority here. |
