Those things are too small for my big powerful hands. I can crush that little toy without noticing it. I am sticking to my favourite Sony Atrac3plus DiscMan. I burn 700 MB MP3 cds and knock myself with my Sony MDR-7509 Professional Stereo Headphones.

I used to have a minidisc player (and still do, in fact, it's just stored under countless cd's and other junk) but it bothered the hell outta me that sometimes if you'd drop the minidisc the songs would get erased and stuff, i also have a deck MD player that I've also had repaired countless times... till I said it, and bought myself an Ipod. Apart from a "minor" issue --> i put it too close to a magnet and ed the whole Ipod... thankfully Apple's repair service didn't seem to notice and simply gave me a 20 gb one (cause they didn't make 30's no more), but hey, I can't complain too much cause my whole music library is only 12 gb (although I did complain... the bastards never answered) --- I couldn't be any happier with it...
What I think sony totally ed up on is making their MD only work with their ty file format, which totally turned me off about nowdays Sony MD's. |

I'm still favorably for MD, I bought the SONY MZ-R70 some 3 yrs ago (dont know exactly) and i've never had any problems with it, still works as fine as when i bought it. It's just a little more work than an mp3 player but that doesnt really botter me, the quality is just excellent.
Heres a pic of it

Btw what do u mean with that "ty file format" trancoo ? |
