wtf...i just got this game 2 hours ago, formatted my computer and installed it, but the steam WON'T LET ME LOG ON!
anybody having the same ing problem here??
edit: logged on and registering cd-key with steam, it's taking a while too |

an incredible game, without a doubt. sticks to the formula set by the first one but takes it up a notch visually. i'm loving what this game has to offer.
hmm...my only gripe at this point is how bloody easy this game is (played on normal, but decided to restart on hard: still easy). |

Great game, finally glad it came out. However, i do regret buying the collector's edition. I bought it b/c i thought they will do the same thing to hl source as they did to counter strike source. The textures, and everything else almost looks the same as the origional hl. I thought they will make it look as pimp as cs source and hl2.
BTW, does anybody know if you ALWAYS have to connect to Steam to play this game. I kinda wanna install it on my notebook for times when im out of the house. |

| I just wanna call in sick tomorrow. :) BTW im up to chapter10 Entanglement, im wondering if i should chug some bawls and coffee and play till i beat it, or if i should just get some sleep deal w/ it when i get home from work... All these damn games :D |

I dont know how far you got, but there's one part many hours in that is ball crushingly difficult (I'm playing it on normal). It's been gradually getting tougher.
I would have played it on hard, but I don't like how your weapons become less effective. I don't like having to shoot a human(oid) combine 20 times before he drops... really cuts the suspension of disbeleif for me. |
