What are the best clubs in the UK for trance?

I was reading the Gatecrasher thread and got to wondering, what are the best clubs for trance in England now?
How is the trance scene in places like Scotland and Ireland too? |

inside out doesnt get enough trance djs though. never even booked vandyk or armin. too much hard, eddie haliwell nonsense music going on there at the moment.
i wouldnt say its one of the best clubs in britain anymore either. maybe a few years ago, but not now. |

| When I was in London this summer I went at Turnmills, dunno the other trance clubs in the UK but Turnmills is one of the best clubs I've been; for the atmosphere, music, light show... |

the gallery is the only place that has trance listings that really enthuse me nowadays. Ahead is alright... bit hit n miss, the non-trance stuff is better than the trancy stuff there imo.
Trance is pretty much dead in England... some of it's to do with fashion... but i see the raw root as the new trance is wank. It will get better again but the nights will be much less prominant on the country's clubbing scene imo. |
