this track sounds very Anjuna`ish.. which isnt a good thing.. it really sounds like its made with Reason (another app would surprice me) i dont like the way u drown everything with the melody in the build up part.. the chord progression is inda boring.. sounds very ASOT as well, those pads in the break is the only thing i liked about it...

Not too bad, so far. Nice proggy feel.
Four minutes, and I still like it. Very complex. Very trancy.
The main problem with the song is that your bass isn't very well defined. The complexity is also kind of thrown off by a slight lack of clarity. It's nothing too horrid, but it's certainly noticeable. |

wow, more incredible music from dj underwater! at the risk of people saying i'm "licking your back" so to speak, i don't think there is anyone on these forums at the moment that can get a better sound than you. this song sounds incredible, everything is eq'd to perfection. it is a joy to listen to.
mix-wise i think there is a slight lack of focus, i'd like to see one melodic element have the focus 3:15 onwards; having said that, the effect that you have achieved instead is very dreamy, and very uplifting.
the 4 chords that come in at 1:51 confused me because i thought i was listening to a remix of razorfish; they are very similar.
overall, this tune is an absolute pleasure to listen to. well done mate! :) |
