anyway, in response to the question, it is most probably a gum problem. I went for my general checkup at the dentist a few weeks back, and although my teeth themselves are in excellent condition, the gums have become inflammed and sensitive due to the lack of flossing. So try flossing.
If you do it, and every time the floss breaks through the gap in your tooth and hits the gum and it hurts/stings leading to bleeding, then it will definatly be due to gum problems. Flossing with this problem will be unpleasant and long winded, but stick with it for a couple of weeks and not only will the taste of blood disappear but your oral hygiene will have inproved drasticallyl ;) |

| Brush more times a day, and also brush your gums when you brush. Sounds kinda stupid but actually scrub at your gums with your toothbrush and they will get strong. Happened to me before. |

change in temperature eh?? .. we recently got heating into our little house / igloo, so maybe that has something to do with it? i noticed a bita blood one mornin alright...

Is that a trance song or something? What's the name of it?
Your nose is dried out, try adding some Vick's vapor rub or non-stinking petroleum jelly. A humidifier in dry climates may help. I used to get nosebleeds when I was a kid, even in class during elementary school, but it eventually subsided somehow and can't recall why. As for blood in the mouth, I'd try some strong mouthwash to begin with and a bunch of it. It's kinda antiseptic and may cauterize bleeding .

| gums bleeding might also mean that the bristles ony our toothbrush are too stiff. try using a softer bristle, and try even just brushing a little gentler. |

I think I might brush mine too much/hard. They're mostly grand however. Hopefully I'm not wearing away the enamel. But one of my teeth is sore and I'm getting it sorted today. I wish I looked after them better them I was younger.
Never had to go to the dentist until I was 16 when I went to get one filling and realised I had to get a few more that I didn't know about. That was 5 years ago. Hopefully when I go in today they don't tell me I need to get them all removed and a false set in their place.
Certain weekend activities might have done some damage over the last few years also. |
