as for Romania, things are not looking that bright either, we have a tough group....
incase we don't make it tthrough, my support goes to Ukraine, Czech, Croatia and Serbia i CC. I wish the Germans good luck too, even though thier current team is very boaring :D |

The German team is looking pretty ordinary at the moment, but who knows what'll happen in 2006. My moneys still on Brazil -- just because they have such a wealth of talent down there.
I'd like to see England do well, but they seem to choke once they get into the knockout stages. France and Italy should be in the running as well, though i hope, boring boring Italy change their tactics or lose sometime before the finals.
(I'm secretly hoping one of the African teams goes all the way -- but i'm not sure this is the world cup when it'll happen ) |

Whatever the bets are, football nowadays isn't all as it seems, as it was many years ago. These days its all about the business & the contracts. I can't really see the love for football when I watch any international country game. In a national squad everybody seems to be playing so lousy, with swallowed faces and above all of that, to make a appearance on national TV. In leagues they play so good because thats where they make all the en money. What the hell is up with that?
I didn't really like WC2002, it was probably the worst 1 of out of all them. Germany in the finale was playing a lot en better than Brazil, I mean they were kicking their ass the entire game. Not even that, Germany played the whole tournament suprisingly fantastic, while Brazil was placed in a easy group. Ah whatever, theres nothing I can't do to change.
On topic, I hope Germany wins the WC, their a young team with rising stars at the moment. So screw all of yea, Englishmen, Croatians, French, Spainiads & Dutchies. This time around its Deutschland! :D

i HATE England, France, and Spain, but LOVE Holland and ze Germans.
England and Spain are 2 of the most overrated teams with
ppl always picking one of them to win, but they've
proven EVERY major cup that they CANT WIN ANYTHING but friendlies.
