When sublime, he had complained of some pain in his chest, but at the time didn't seem to problemattic. We all went home, and we checked him again and noticed we could feel wierd bubbles in his neck.. kinda felt like little twitches or cramps. He didnt feel sick or in pain however.
He had a sleep.. then felt better, but then on Saturday night he realized something was up when his neck was swelling up with air or fluid!
He went to the hospital, and they did oodles of tests on him, but with no luck, so they transfered him to RNS, where they did some more tests only to find he had 8 broken ribs and a punctured lung.
So, our poor Baz had been partying hard for ferry with 8 broken ribs. We are pretty sure that the punctured lung happened at Ferry, but we don't know how or why, and nor do the doctors. Maybe he was hit or elbowed and didn't relise at first :conf: . But the ribs have been broken for a while apparently, said the docs, but they dunno why or how long!
He's going to be okay, and it will heal itself. He's currently in intensive care |

it wasn't mosh pit packed but if the ribs were already broken i don't think it would take much more than an elbow or a push to puncture hte lung |
