I didnt hear about this till this morning, unbelievable lol
Remember Artest was talking about leaving the team for a while to promote his rap album, well I guess now he can.
I remember when he almost got in a fight with Pat Riley, he's a punk.

and you're right. Detroit is one of the bottom of the barrel cities in the USA in terms of crime, drugs, STD's, and obviously now violence. they can't even keep violence away from the game...
this is just so sad.
i dont care if you you get a plastic cup thrown at you, its just not cool to run into the stands and punch fans..
although, i do understand a little violence on the court between players - it IS a physical game.

Jackson and all the guys who even came near the crowd should be suspended until the playoffs ATLEAST,Stern is not running a whore house in india and i expact him to do this atleast!

How the hell is Indiana gonna play tonight. They only dressed 9 guys last night. Jermaine O'neal should get nothing. He didn't even leave the court!!! Fat ****** came on the court.
David Stern is proven once again that he is the worst comissioner in sports. I hope he loses his job!!! |

Yea he is such a bad comissioner that the league is worth 300 times more then when he has got it and its only 20 times more popular.:p :rolleyes:

imo, david stern is doing the best he can ... he is doing a hell of a better job than paul taglibue in the nfl and bud selig in the mlb..
who remembers that fiasco at the all star game, when the commish called a tie! ..
and paul taglibue handling the whole janet jackson stint at the super bowl, and the whole maurice clarrett and michael williams cases couldn't have been handled worse than anyone else.
however, the dumb age rule will HAVE to be implemented in the nba, by any means necessary .. |

If a fans comes on the court they are fair game. Fat dude got everything he deserved.

I hope Ben Wallace get suspended for the rest of the year too, cuz he started it all. He was upset cuz his team got s--t kicked by the Pacers and he sucks so he couldn't do anything about it except to go after Ron Ron. |

i am a "big ben" lover, but i agree with what you said about ben wallace .. he took this way out of line .. although artest always being his egotistical self, had to lie out on the announcer's table like some self-proclaimed king and incited the next incident from the fan .. that whole melee was like dominoes .. one bad thing after the other..
and jermaine o'neal just totally pawned that dude .. from what i feel, i think stephen jackson may get the heavier fine, and may go to jail for continuously kicking the fan after artest was pulled out..
oh boy .. we are going to be talking about this for a long time .. and i thought the whole antoine walker incident two years ago was big .. remember that when he beat up that fan heckling him behind him? |
