To answer the question, no. When it gets really cold, and I mean like -20 and below, I might wear those thin, silky sweatpants under jeans. My hands and face tend to get a lot colder than my legs do.

BTW, it is way too early to have your longjohns out, even if you do wear em. During the day it's like what, 0 degrees? I still trot around in my autumn jacket.

And those who said its not cold enough yet - EFF THAT!

FOr me, if its below 10oC its too cold outside. I LOVE MY HEAT.

Under 10oC I am QUITE comfortable and happier wearing longjohns than not.

That is all. :)

i work outside 90% of the year...so yeah, not layering up is not an option. I where Body Armour though, not long johns...it keeps you warm but doesn't let you sweat...best athletic/thermal wear out there!
