As a US citizen, I can't work in Canada without a permit. :mad:

I was hoping that one of you guys might know an owner of a business or resturaunt or something like that, that might wanna hire me temporarily?

just another example of torontonians. anyways, i know some banquet halls that are always looking for staff. they dont ask you for a permit, and they pay you in cash. you have to workon the weekends though, they pay you like 60-80 buks a night. if you need a part time job, then you can try one of the banquet halls. i will discuss it onmsn with you later when i have time. ;)

I would not suggest working illegally because if you get caught there could be severe consequences down the road in terms of future immigration plans. For example, you could be denied Canadian citizenship.


However, if you marry me, that could solve your problems.
