What do you mean by "older" and "newer"? Like what years do the "older" and "newer" labels encompass? |

| older is early 80s to about 91ish with Depeche Mode's Violater. The newer stuff is about 95 to present. |

The older is the classic 80s stuff.. the newer is whats popular in today's goth/indsutrial scene (a lot of it makes for excellent male vocal trance). Also, check out Endanger and Namnambulu. |
