| ABSOLUTELY - I love my job - i mean I am working right now and look at what I am doing. The pay not good - but then again I should not really expect any more considering the things I do on a general basis and I accept these terms happily. This job allows me to do my music, be happy and leave it 5p.m. everyday |

| lots of deadlines, lots of stress.. the pay is not so good for the workload. But the benefits are decent and there's lots of room for upward movement. |

hate it more with ever passing second.
don't mind the actual work I do..that is pretty cool somedays. I just hate how disorganized the company is, how little respect they have for their employees and how much work they expect each person to take on with no compensation for their efforts.
Lovely story from my department today - my coworker missed her first son's first steps last night because she was in the office until 11pm. I really don't expect her, after 10 months of being off on Mat leave, to be staying around too much long if that continues. She told our boss the story in a meeting today and she laughed saying she missed alot of her son's first and finished with "well we all know work comes first". I guess if you have a Nanny it makes it all okay. ing ridiculous way to live I say.
can you tell I had a day? ;)
Cruising the job boards now to find something more rewarding. |

Yes. Even though i wouldn't call it a proper job, i still love the people i work with and the atmosphere there.
The only thing i semi-dislike about it is the stupidity of certain tourists (namely American ones, i'm sorry to say) or the arrogance i have to deal with with certain customers. People, when you go to a country to visit, be nice to the friggin locals! :whip: :p |

dude why did you quit now?
you should have danced to their music till like december 20th, and then quit, that way you have the best part of the holidays free and you still get paid for part of the month:D |

well actually i got another job and well i had part time for that job till the 19th and then full time for the last 2 weeks of december (which i applied for off) so my last date of work at this place whichim at now is 19th

i hate is when its - 30 and you still
have to wake your sorry ass up and sit
in the n cold for 8 hours. Oh, then do it again
for like 5 months straight. I hate it, and it stanks |

Im wiht you... love the work, love my partner (my boss, i work in an acc firm) and love so many of my fellow cowerkers (ppl really make the job enjoyable)...
...But i HATE the senior partner... he's such a n fussy tightass that gets upset about ABSOLUTELY RIDDICULOUS things... every day more and more i hear ppl bitching about this, about how bad its gotten in teh last year...
this is whut i hate, that there's tention at all, and that lately every is bitching (me included)... Even tho i hate that it happens (bc bitching usually happens when ur angry and being angry adds stress which generally makes ur day not as pleasant or enjoyable) the environment is such that bitching is a natural biproduct! :@ ARG@! |
