4-Place 1/2-1cup of butter in the garlic and melt down
5-Mash potato's in the hot pot add 1/2cup of milk
6-Pour melted butter and garlic into mash while mixing
7-Garnish mash potato's with shredded cheddar

I feel like Pavlov's dog right about now!
I've got a really good recipe I've come up with for a spicy chicken pasta dish with homemade pasta sauce. Fry the chicken in olive oil, red chili peppers / seeds, roasted garlic and butter until browned, then add some vodka for a little extra kick :D |

Kimchee is stuff that runs the universe. Well, at least Korean universe. ;)
Yeah, I can cook, somewhat. Living alone means you have to be able to cook to give yourself a decent meal. |

I'm a grill master. I make a really good tenderloin in a marinade comprised of several components. Cook a 2-3 pound roast as a whole and then slice into thin pieces. It's nice too, because the inside is always more rare and the outsides are more cooked. You can satisfy anyone's preferences on cooking time that way.
I make a mean spaghetti too. The sauce isn't completely from scratch, because I use the unflavored tomato sauce cans, but close to it. I then add hamburger meat, various vegetables, and several spices.
Otherwise, I do a lot of experimental stuff. I made a pretty good fried rice once, but the second time I made it the quality was lacking. I have been really lazy about cooking lately, but I should get back into that groove. I used to sell cutlery, so I have a great set of knives and cookware. |

I can cook some American dishes but mainly Vietnamese dishes (and yes, especially PHO!)
And certain type of Japanese cafe style foods (thanks to the ex), I learn how to make that. |
