| When I worked in a call centre for a pizza place, if a customer annoyed me (which a lot of little things did) Id just put them on hold....if they didnt know what they wanted, if they couldnt find their credit card, if they couldnt spell the street name or didnt know their main intersection (like come on ppl, KNOW WHERE U ING ARE!!!!) id always just put them on hold.....God i hated working there.... |

With us we're supposed to wait until the person says so. (or at least make the attempt). Putting someone on hold is great...esp if they're a real ...heheh.But usually I try not to. |

Yeah but RJ, the paper we're talking about is the Toronto Star here. :p
I believe my parents did the same thing. They cancelled their subscription to the Star several years ago for a very specific reason. |
