:D

but yeah - this is BUll with the amount of time we have to hold on a "customer" service line - to me it is NOT customer service at ALL!!!!:whip:

our webservers were down for a good hour today that's why u had to hold for 25 mins .. which isn't true since the queue times only hit a max of 7 mins per call ..

My favourite is when I call up Rogers because my modem is offline and their recorded message is "For technical problems, you can visit us at www.rogershelp.com". GREAT ING IDEA EINSTEIN!

Companies like this really should have a system in place where people who aren't computer-illiterate can bypass all the lowest-common-denominator nonsense and speak directly to a technician.

Man, will this day never end!!

I took a shower just now and I missed the puralator guy!!

And now to pick up my package I have to go to KIPLING AVE. Like WTF?

Like what the hell, I live downtown and the package centre is on KIPLING, who is in charge? I called them and I asked if it was possible for the delivery dood to come by one more time since he was just here 2 minutes ago and they said no.

That's nuts! I very frequently request redels with Purolater, everything from Puroletter document envelopes to larger packages... I sometimes miss the bell because I'm on the phone or concentrating on work and the people I've dealt with at the company have been more than accomodating. Odd that you'd get that answer from them...

ha, but i guess it is different if you have ongoing business with them. this was at home so what the hell do they care.

but it does make a difference because now i will never use puralator for stuff i have to ship. they potentially lost a lot of business.

it's important to be nice to all customers.

I don't know... This is all to my home (where I've been working out of for the past 3+ years), with different addresses and stuff. Maybe they keep track, I dunno.

Still, it sucks that you got treated this way. I do know (from experience) that UPS and Fedex tend to suck more. Canpar is pretty good, however...

You waited on the phone for 30 minutes - to tell them that you don't want a free paper????

Man those free papers get annoying. If i stay a few nights out of town and come back, theres no room for my mail so it all gets discarded and .

Besides, the online version is good enough.
