The DJ booth is exactly 8ft high
the stage at the docks is 4ft , koolhaus 5ft
whilst I agree it would have been better on stage , I can't see how that 3 ft makes that much difference , and the question is to see what ???
are you coming for the music or to look at his body , seriously just curious , I always go out for the music (ok I like house and don't care if i can even see the Dj) if you are worried about seeing him work the equipment rest assured there are enough mini cameras and wide angle shots on this setup to may voyuers of us all.
and the front height of the booth is so low that you can see most dj's from the waist up anyway.
So perhaps a poll is an idea , how imortant is it to make eye contact with the DJ or is what he plays more important.
I know form speaking to him and recalling last years show when he was on stage (if anyone rembers the incident) where he actually stopped playing and walked off for a couple of minutes because a photographer got right in his face.
Couple that with his growing superstardom and we may begin to understand his need to ban cameras and remove himself from the crowd so that he can concentrate on throwing down a great set |

Part of watching Tiesto is actually watching him...he's got amazing interaction with the crowd and he does more than just some DJs who just stand like they're dead (*cough* diggers *cough*) :haha:
He's jumping, he's dancing, he's energizing the crowd (although he look slike a geek it's still awesome!) |

Nothing beat that wednesday night party to see tiesto for 15 bucks in June 2003!!!!
He was on the stage, Benson and Hedges invested in lights, confetee and nice dancing chicks.
He was also on stage during WIntergalactic in Feb 2001...
I think its better that way.. i think club owners who make dj booths way up high need to be castrated. |

Agreed - that night was amazing. Tiesto thought so to - however he was firm that Saturday is going to be even better. |

That night was the funnest party ive ever been to. LOL im actually listening to that set right now... It was so unexpected, and so gooooooddd... :) Itll be hard to top. |

I sooo wanted to go that night i couldnt i was working the next day and i finished at 12:30 at that time. |
