We "allow" them to exist on the same continent.
Damn, that is amazingly ridiculous and arrogant :(
Its somewhat true, but come on, that is absurd to say.

Im not siding with her, but militarily, the US is superior to Canada.
That is all I meant. |

Arrogant media dips. Pay no heed to them. It's just as John Stewart said to Tucker: "You're a 30-year-old man wearing a bow-tie?!" :stongue:
I love Canada and have thought that the US-Canada relationship has always been a symbiotic one. Though differences sometimes arise between the two countries, there is no comparison to how many differences arise within even the US, itself.
I wouldn't count on the media ceasing to ridicule itself in the near future - it's just become such a big business, there's bound to be idiots like these.
edit: hey, was francetuckers in that video? Was he the one with the bow-tie? :stongue: |

I deal with this topic all the time since I'm studing economic geography and poli sci in school.
Simply put, the Canada provides the American market with both cheap material inputs (mostly energy, ie: coal, oil, gas but other goods like lumber and auto parts as well) and an outlet for finished goods. Canada-US trade is mutually beneficial. Just because the US military protects Canada doesn't mean that it's OK to invade it.
I love watching republicans on TV they say the stupidest things! Especially when she said that Canada attracts only the worst type of Americans, like the liberals. :haha: :haha: The "L-word" has become the newest republican catch-phrase. Watch out, the liberals are coming!! :nervous: :nervous:
