Going into trance

Does anybody here meditate, it's pretty damn cool once you can totally blank your mind. I had a conversation with my brother about buddhist meditation and how sometimes you can get wierd sensations of falling or sounds of other people talking in your head... BOTH of which I PERSONALLY experience while in a trance. It's pretty damn cool.

Anybody care to share any experiences related to this?

One night I got home from the club after a good night of partying. So I decided to meditate. I closed my eyes & the next thing I knew I was up in the clouds close to the sun floating. Then Neo came out of the clouds & told me that "I infact was the one". He game me a flying unicorn with neon stripes to take me home.

I meditate. I go to a land with robots that dance, and play music. And then an mc comes out and starts talking loudly.

Then we all make stirfry.
With peanuts.

I suppose I meditate in a way. I have a pretty deep connection with music. I like to get carried away by it. I usually shut my eyes & let the sounds mesmerize my soul.

I sometimes get annoyed at friends that talk to me whilst i am listen to music. It is frustrating when people dont have the same connection as I do to a tune that is kickass. It it sorta like when people talk at the cinema.

now its time for guided meditation. Everyone go into their cave and find their power animal. :wtf:

I used to meditate often, its cool because id be so stressed then id meditate for about 15 mins and i'd feel like i had slept for a week and would be in a really good mood. I also spoke to my aunt who had died a few months before whilst meditating. Inscence is greaat to use!
I'd like to meditate now but i got a cracking headache and im ill, so i prob wont be able to clear my mind.

I think i meditate while taking the first wizz of the day.

Damn, it feels good. Thats the only good part about waking up...taking a piss.

did some meditation/deep relaxation stuff the other day, chicane in the background
i have a really big lung capacity, so after a while my body was relaxed and i was breathing slowly cause i was still and my body didn't need oxygen as rapidly as usual
then for about 3 minutes straight, every single breath i'd breath in slowly until i physically couldn't anymore
and after that 3 minutes, i just let out one last massive breath and it was just like an incredible high
love doing stuff like that

mezzir
and i notice beats+beeps sig everytime i see it, so i'm gonna take this opportunity to say that my friend, teegee here on TA, dances exactly like that robot
