Insomnia means your body doesn't need to rest. You'll conk out sooner or later. Try a depressant or alcohol if you want a knockout blow, or put on some deep prog, lie down and listen.

1) you have trouble falling asleep
2) you have trouble staying asleep and keep waking up early no matter what |

My doctor gave me a sample of a hypnotic called Sonota. It conks you out really fast and you wake up feeling fine.
Drowsiness causing drugs like DXM and diphenhydramine do make you feel like in the morning. If I take Bendadryl to sleep I can't stand myself the next day. When I talk it sounds like my voice is coming from a mile away.
Anyway. The hypnotics tend to work on me and don't me up in the morning. Might wanna ask a doctor about them. |

Try laying down in the dark, with something over your eyes. Inhale deeply through your mouth, hold it , then exhale through your noise. Get into some kind of rhythymn or pattern with your breathing. This usually helps me go to sleep. |

| Kill the lights, turn on "mostlyclassical.com" on my speakers low. Wrap myself up in thousands of covers and blanekts till the point where im sweating like a jew, and get really comfy and pass out just lying there listening doing , maybe doing the occosial random daily thoughts. |
