Two 23-year old women say he made inappropriate advances on them in a cubicle next to where he was working. Tremblay's DNA was found on one of the women's breasts. Sentencing hearings are scheduled to begin January 14th. Tremblay plans to appeal the conviction and ask for an absolute discharge.

| how do you get DNA on a person's breast? I mean...those girls didnt shower until they got a DNA test? Or maybe they let him touch them and then wanted to make money off him? hehe i aint a big fan of the guy...but anything coulda happened other than the apparent obvious |
