| Yeah, definitely looks very cool, but if Sony has taught us anything over the years, it's that you SHOULD NOT BUY FIRST-GENERATION PRODUCTS! They have a tendency to break-down, need a recall, have fundamental flaws, etc... the technology usually gets much cheaper as well, so I'll wait until they slash the price and/or get the formula right after testing on the hapless American Public. :D |

Industry analysts predicted it would go up for at least 300 dollars US. Instead, they are releasing it for much cheaper. If you buy JUST the standard PSP with a battery, it will only cost 150. On the other hand, the "Value Pack" is available, where for only 180, you get the PSP, a battery, an A/C adaptor, a carrying case, and I think a few other things.
Like I said, much cheaper than originally expected.
And if you read around, you'll find out that the PSP has sold out everywhere, and the system JUST launched. |
