the system is almost operational if you take the 5 outa 8 stat.

The question here is that do we need to be part of somehing useless like this?cant we spent all this money on somehting more useful?healthcare?education? or should we spend the millions of dollars on this junk so that "IF" one day the so called terrorists decided to attack us we could be safe?
Do we have to be part of the this whole fear game that the U.S. government is shoving in our throats day by day?:o |

The russians have already developed a new ICBM that will be able to penetrate the missle defense shield even if it does get to work...it's a never ending arms race.
The missle defense shield isn't built agains terrorists by the way (Arab terrorists that you OBVIOUSLY refer to) but against countries like North Korea for ex.
By the way...if a nuclear mislle does fall in New York (for example)...you'll be ed by all the radiation so I don't understand why are you SO happy about it? :conf: |
