Thats what people used to say about SF, Roxy and Exit, and I'm sure places before that. Welcome to NYC.
and the last few times I've been to Avalon...for Christopher Lawrence twice...the crowd was fine and I didn't notice an abnormally high number of asians...it wouldn't have bothered me if there were... |

Hmmm.... having been to Avalon 20+ times (I get comp'd) within the last 6 months.... I tend to remember a little. Johan Gielen was easily 80% Asian. If that's not abnormally high for a club in NYC, then we have a difference of opinion. I lived in Asia and went to clubs where there was 99% Asians and 1% white (that being me) and I felt super coolio. It's the type that inhabit Asialon. Have you been to Crobar? There are examples of a more well managed club.
But I'm not gonna play "no there isn't, yes there is, no there isn't, yes there is" with ya.
At Johan, I sat there and watched a girl holding 50+ E pills in a napkin like their her daily vitamins. If that's not blatant, I don't know what is. It's like this girl I knew who said once "you mean some of those people do drugs?" Uhhh.....
Dramatic? I'm using exaggeration in means of humor.
But ask any of the girls who have been there a few times if they liked being groped. |

That girl is a huge dork then.
50 pills in a napkin? , that was the norm in a lot of places just a year or 2 ago. I miss those days. |

I know what you guys mean, when I went there in Feburary to see Ferry Corsten one of GlitterGurls friend name Johanna came along and this one older asian guy would leave her alone.
So I Glitter told me to pertend to be her boyfriend which I won't complain :D but at the sametime sum people go there to have with there friends for the music.Not to get bothered/bonin in the club.
As for Zizack it may happen in other clubs.But when people reviews I always hear that Avalon NY is the worst on this sitution with women bieng molested.
