i get too emotional when i am on birth control. so if that is an option, get off it.
also, try taking a b vitamin complex. this helps a lot with hormonal imbalances. |

also i am not on the pill - so that can't be what this is all about.. but I do have some b vitamin complex at home - I will crack it open once i find it again under the bathroom counter...
