I'm glad you decided to extricate your usual, exuberant self out of the Humor and funny stuff forum. :D You always seem like you're happy and laughing there...but that would probably be because of the very nature of that forum. :stongue: (Despite the angsty teens who write emo-goth-nu metal-inspired poems...Tool broke up! Pretty much everybody gets emotional at points. Some more than others though, and if you suspect a chemical imbalance, and it's really getting in the way of things, take a good look at everything that goes in (and, as it would be, out ) of your body. Sometimes, it can be all too obvious that too much coffee, or beer, or drugs is causing sort of a hiccup in your lifestyle. If you still need more help, see a professional of some sort - psychiatrist, ObGyn, etc...there's a multitude of possibilities for why someone can feel emotional or have sharp mood swings.
You might be very astonished as to how much the physical body is controlled by choice and the mind. Your psychology is very closely tied to your physiology, and as such, chemicals in your body can be drastically affected by physical situations. As obvious as it may sound, stressful situations and even latent, repressed anxiety can be the cause for such irregularities. There are millions of options to you and, in our super-individualistic society, there are millions of ailments to choose from as well. Just make sure you are not falling victim to your own self-made defeciency - many would be surprised as to how often people prescribe themselves mental distress.
