Not a real surprise here. Another confirmation that Brazil is absolutely dominating in soccer right now.
I already can't wait for the next world cup ! Would anybody be able to stop Brazil with players such as Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Kaka(who I believe will win that award within the next 3 years), Adriano, Roberto Carlos and Edu ? |

Brasil vs Argentina would be an awesome final. Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Dede and company vs Tevez, Saviola, Crespo and Veron ! As long as it's not Italy or Germany in the finals, it should provide for a fairly entartaining match.
Hopefully one of the African countries will get into the final round of 4 as well.
Oh, and England will choke in the quarters...like they usually do ! :p |

| I bet Alex Ferguson is really kicking himself now, after losing on two of the years hottest performers in Ronaldinho and Arjen Robben. Both those two players are in super form this year. |

I know argentina is playing well as a team but i dont know if you can compare those names. Kaka, adriano, ronaldinho, ronaldo, and now robinho (going to real madrid when they find his mom) i think are on a completely different level than the argentines you named. Tevez is good but he's young and hasnt had a chance to prove himself in europe and the other three have seen better days (although i heard saviola is playing better this year.)
I think England has an opportunity to do well next year. Rooney, john terry, gerard.. all starting to make names for themselves, owen playing well now too (when they let him play) in real. Add that to the usual faces. Scholes, Beckham, Ferdinand, Campbell etc etc...
finally, they are nicknames they have first and last names but i guess its just tradition in brazil to use nicknames. |

Robben is light years ahead, man... that kid is as strong as he's talented and skilled. Amazing to watch... |

| yeah brazil is cool, but they kind have too many induvidually good players... so they usually screw up in one way or another... |
