Well I just bought a pair of freefloat, thinking that they were going to solve the skipping problems I was having however the freefloat made it worst, I cannot even touch the turntable w/o making the record skip. I do not know what to do but it really pissed my off because I thought they were made to fix skipping problems, not to make it worst !
Has any1 tryed them ?
Is there a way to set them up so if I touch the turntable the record won't skip ?

I'm not disagreeing with you... or agreeing they are good... but curious as to why you say they are horrible.
I know I have watched 14 hours of Sensation Videos, with these being used, and I never heard anything skip, even when PVD or even the BLack Edition (hardstyle) DJ's were scratching and .. nothing skipped...
SO can you explain why they are "horrible horrible horrible things."?? |

For most people they make it like you are mixing on bouncy balls and really don't solve the problem. I have not used them though and cannot offer any insight. |

| They are not very affective, they are way overpriced when there are various cheaper/more effective options. |

| Freefloats have been brought up many times in the past, most everyone that's tried them agrees that they are just overpriced pieces of . Buy a tube of tennis balls instead... |

Those free float things are truly terrible. Never met anyone that actually like them.

Aren't freefloats a bit useless for home use? You bought them for home use right? In that case you must have some really big PA system blowing the roof off, cause can't see the use in them at home :). But seriously tho, check your needle settings and how old are your needles?
