now i've felt really large real boobs, decent sized real ones, decent sized fake ones, and large fake ones.
The large fake ones suck, you can totally tell that you are feeling a ball of gel. The smaller fake ones were mint. They were done by a good doctor and she took care of them once she got em (ya gotta massage them everyday for like a month.....so sweet).
of course nothing compares to natural boobs, especially large ones, but they start to sag after a while. When small ones start to sag....thats almost as worse. the cool thing about the fake ones is that they stay up. girls have to work very hard to keep theirs from saggin. this one girl I knew did these boob flexes to keep her D's up.
anyways, its her call on the boob implant not yours. So if she would feel better with them, hook it up. But remember, her confidence will go soaring and more guys will be hittin on her :P. be prepared :wtf: |

I'm proud to have REAL (nice) boobs (FF;)) But trust me!, when they start sagging, I'm all for plastic surgery.
And for those girls that want fake boobs, go for it. But to have your boyfriend tell you that's what HE wants and the girl gets it for that purpose.... that's just wrong. |

but if I was to get it I'd ask for a detachable penis. if teh gal don't like the 38 inch version, we can reduce it by 2 inch increments until we stop hitting vital organs. |
