Every time I have been to a Godskitchen it has been off the hook, and I have 'never' heard "1" complaint. You guys are just like us, with our same passion for the music, DJing, dancing, and the VIBE!

As those that know me I don't bull. They bring the music and the DJ's that 'we' want to hear. They do it because they want to hear it too. The more that we enjoy ourselves the more they can enjoy themselves.

Thanks for always thinking about us and trying to bring us the best deals. Also, I hope that you continue promoting your parties, and getting the venues that you deserve. See you at Spirit.

'Till then Happy New Year and can't wait to rock out at another party very soon.

i'll admit gk did a great job promoting the party, and the bag of goodies was one part of it. the set up was sweet, the dancers added to the theme of gk. for some reason i didn't mind watching them, unlike the dancers at avalon bahahaha. this was my first time at ikon/exit/any existing form of that place, and i do like the space there. just work out some issues with security, coat check, and the bathroom on the 2nd floor with the owners of the place. good job getting lights into the place and showing to us the clubgoers that you actually listen to customer comments, unlike some other venues we've dealt with. keep bringing in those DJs!

(ps, thanks for the free pass to any gods event in the united states!!!)

Next time I have to break up a fight that happens in front of me, Im gonna start throwing people out personally.

In any other case, I had a ing ball! Thanks GK!

yes...definitely great effort Godskitchen...when i walked in i couldnt even believe it was Ikon...the decor was great, and the side acts werent bad either...great setup and dj lineup as well. Jon O BIr was an excellent choice to open up for PVD :D

also the fact that you are active on the boards here (and even went as far as to talk to mgmt to revise their glowstick rule) just shows u def take us all into consideration. and thats a very good thing. so far Ive liked all ur parties alot...esp. the affordable part of it (i mean, pvd could have cost SOO much more and esp. with the grab bag i thought it was really worth it) i really look forward to seeing Godskitchen thrive in nyc, its about time affordable parties and great mgmt went hand in hand. I just hope that what happened at ikon this time around wont have an affect on whether godskitchen decides to bring more djs into nyc. I mean, most of us do go for the love of the music.

iono..personally i just think its how the setup is of Exit/Ikon...i mean, it WAS so crowded that it was just hard to move...i always disliked the setup for Exit esp on the second floor, its def a fire hazard no doubt...and also there was def LESS security last ntie -- the fact they didnt check at the door and not that much security on the floor...

i think there're ways around it tho. i didn't know about the bathrooms on the first floor until i was leaving so that's one way to alleviate the crowds on the 2nd floor. as for coat check, they should've had more than 4 people in there working the whole night. even avalon's got more people in there, and they have a smaller coat check area. it's just things like that ya know? you're right tho about the space, you can't do anything about the space u are given
