NYE House Party Review Thread!

I got home at 6 this morning from the third house party I went to last night. Awesome times at all 3, I love seeing people I haven't seen in months. Some I hadn't seen for almost a year now.

I too went to a house party last night. It was pretty good until i became the babysitter! lol
I also became the taxi driver! damn drunken fools, they were lucky i wasn't feeling well and not drinking or else we'd all be stranded.

found myself at Carney and dnmr's place last nite for a pre-party house party before tha big shabang... great way to prep tha nite and to get ur drink on

The added touches really make it a unique and intimate party.
Now for the party..
A number of people in and out throughout the night, coming from all different walks of life, yet still seeing everybody getting to know one another. This diverse group of people talking, laughing, and the occasional ranting among each other definately set a good tone for everyone.
The music was amazing, 10 Hrs non-stop by DJ Science!! From start to finish all anyone could say was simply amazing. Not only was this a clean, original set that kept everybody moving to the beat, but Steve was able to maintain it for 10Hrs straight! Some say he was nuts, but it's just that he kicks ass.
Everyone there really seemed to be enjoying their times, and could easily see how it all just worked out perfectly.
The one oddity of the night was the Toronto Police yelling from the street upto the window asking someone to let them into the building(problems with the building buzzers), giving people the fear of some complaint only to find out they were there for another unit.
Anyways,
Thanks to everyone who was there, without such a good crowd it wouldn't have been such a good party!

Went to work b/c NYE party was thrown there.
So many people were trashed by 10pm and start doing stupid .
I didn't drink much because of a damn headache.
Tried to get a cab to get home at 12:30, but didn't get one until about 4. Crazy. |

had a great time anyways, even tho the girls bathroom was a disaster area, so i just made use of the guys bathroom :)
Started the new year off on a good foot Id say, as far as I can remember anyways :)
Had work this morning. Thankfully I had a ride or I never woulda made it in (thanks again, you :) )
must sleep now. Happy New Year Everybody! |

Ended up going to a couple parties. Was at my older sis' party for the count down and out of nowhere, my parents show up:eek: :eek: Don't know too many people who's parents come to party with them...lol...we had a blast.
Finished the night off at another party. Got home at like 6. Over all a fun night... |
