That's Australia. Look at the date/time (and place) in the camera. I looked at it when it was about 06:15 UTC (16:15 over there). Some action going on there. I saw highway camera all over too. Some in the US, Brazil, Switzerland, Germany, the UK, etc. |

I saw this one too about 10 hours ago. Quite funny if you ask me, as the `Major Bug' it mentions, probably has _nothing_ to do with their cameras being _wide open_ to the public! |

so apparently these arent all japanese cams... this ones australian. i know because of the time and the clock says university of queensland...

Most are japanese, but ive seen many u.s. ones, a swedish one, and a couple of chinese ones.
