That figure is just government spending so FAR. There's still, I don't know the exact number, donations from the red cross and various organizations and individuals across the nation.
This Anti-American bull is going too far. We've donated more than any other nation on the planet and still get on by saying that not's enough. Seriously, this isn't a time to criticise the US or any other nation for their contributions. Every dollar counts and the real issue is getting it to the right organizations and having it go towards good things.
