i'd like to, but it kinda depends on the money/weather situation... plus i'll be flying solo and it doesn't look like many people are interested in this.

yea there doesnt seem to be a huge interest in this but i think they just announced it last week. sound-bar usually pulls in a good sized crowd so im not really worried about that.

the only set i have from IM is from march of last year and it was a set by them and yahel.

1. Yahel - Butterfly
2. Yahel - ID
3. Yahel Feat. Melanie - You Feel
4. Yahel Feat. Infected Mushroom - Electro Panic
5. Yahel - Mallente
6. Infected Mushroom - Dainai
7. Yahel - Close your eyes
8. Infected Mushroom - Deeply Disturbed (Yahel remix)
9. Infected Mushroom - Wider
10. Infected Mushroom - I Wish
11. Fly Agaric - I see myself (Infected Mushroom Mix)
12. Yahel - ID
13. Infected Mushroom - Symphonatic
14. Yahel - Atmosphere
15. Infected Mushroom - Yanko Pitch
16. Yahel - Come
17. Infected Mushroom - Red Filter
18. Yahel - Reality
19. Yahel - For the people

they just came out with a new cd so im guessing they will be playing a bunch of stuff off of that.

sound-bar has the usual free entry before 11 with rsvp on their site.

he's got some sets on this page, but they're all in RealAudio format.

heard from a friend who saw him spin live that he spins sort of like Sander K style house.

quote:
“An Up and Coming DJ to look out for!” (PETE TONG, Essential Selection)

“His sets are awesome. Incredibly hard-working and talented”
(DANNY TENAGLIA)

“One of the most invigorating and stimulating DJ’s DJ mag has seen all year”
(DJ Magazine Nov 2003)

When you’ve been asked by legendary DJ Danny Tenaglia to fly over to New York twice and warm up for him at his Be Yourself residency at Vinyl/Arc as well as being asked by distinguished DJ John Digweed to perform a guest mix on his acclaimed Kiss 100 London Show, you being to realise the extent of how far this young talented and hard working individual has come in such a short space of time.

Demi is a nu-breed of enterprising young DJ’s, demonstrating not only the skill of the DJ, but the sheer determination and hard graft needed to make yourself count and stand amongst the elite in the industry.

Having learnt his trade with an exclusive summer residency in Bali for Indonesia’s biggest Club Night, Global Hedonism in 2000, Demi returned to the UK and along with his partner Sian, set up Deeper Substance in May 2001. With Sian moving on to pursue her solo interests, Demi has been carving a reputation for hosting one of London’s best kept secrets attracting some of the finest DJ’s on the planet including Lee Burridge, Rui da Silva, James Zabiela and Peace Divison.

The night has been a platform for Demi to establish himself and be heard across the globe. As well as playing alongside Tenaglia in New York on four separate occasions, Demi has continually been touring, hosting Deeper Substance parties across the globe.
An extensive summer tour in the US (including a coveted main room slot at Club Space in Miami) as well as regular visits to Miami during the Winter Music Conference period has seen Demi win many admirers all over the States and in South America. His recent US summer tour 2003, saw Demi gain respect from punters and promoters in Miami, Tijuana, Ecuador, and in Los Angeles.
The success of the summer tour also landed Demi with a debut performance at Ibiza’s legendary Pacha club at the DEF MIX Closing party as well as extra dates playing extended 5 hour sets with DT at Arc in New York.
Demi’s efforts have also seen the night reach to the Far East this year with a spectacular show in Hong Kong at the exclusive Club Ing and will be touring Australasia again during the Winter 2004.

Demi’s talent and perseverance has also seen him be booked on several occasions to play for Cream both in the UK and abroad since reaching the finals in a national competition run by Muzik and Cream to find Cream’s new resident, playing alongside the likes of Jon Carter, Sander Kleinenberg and standing in for Nick Warren on tour in Egypt.

On the production side to things, Demi has been busy in the studio collaborating with producers and caused a stir on his debut at Arc playing with DT with a track, which he dubbed “The Bass Test”. The track known as Stinker which was a collaboration with Max Mason (whose own track Doin It is featured on the new 24/7 Global Underground CD by Lee Burridge) has been devastating dancefloors as well as sound systems across the globe.
Their follow up track `Riding Close` moves to the more deeper progressive circles, demonstrating the diversity of the pair.
Further tracks completed included a remix of one of his all time classics “Let’s Dance” by David Bowie, which with the help of LA’s up and coming producers Trifactor sees Demi now attempt to stamp further his own unique sleaze fuelled house sound.
The track has been receiving rave reviews and support from the likes of Sander Kleinenberg and Desyn Masiello as well as Bowie and his management, who liked the remix so much, that they are featuring it on a forthcoming CD release of remixes of David Bowie tracks.

The follow up to “Let’s Dance”, “Hypokondriak” has been road-tested throughout the summer and looks set to be the track that thrusts Demi into the limelight. Still unfinished, the track has been setting dancefloors across the globe alight. Again fusing percussive rhythms, sleazy deep throbbing basslines with an incredible piano arrangement by studio partner Solare, . DT and Francois K were both so impressed with the track that he requested his own copy.

2004 looks set to build on the momentum from 2003. As Pete Tong, said, “watch him fly!”
