No you don't need one. RE 4 is announced for PS2!!! But you have to wait a little longer (+- 6 months).
But on GC he will OWN. :D |

Apparently, RE4 will present Gamecube's prowess and hidden potential. I can't wait to see my GCN break a sweat. :) |

according to IGN and Gamespot it's the greatest survival horror game ever made. Check out the reviews for yourselves if you guys don't believe us. 9.8 from IGN, and 9.6 from Gamespot.
Oh, and RE4 for PS2 will be like Splinter Cell for PS2. Half the game will be missing because of system limitations.
k, nuff of this ...time to play RE4!

3 hours in. Best RE game yet! Hell. it's one of the best games I've played. It's so frickin intense...and the pacing is suberb...oh man! |

Ya I'm about 3 hours in as well, just crossed the lake. I don't have a gamecube though, been playing on my friends all night, hope to pick up my friends tommorow to get more into the game. The game is alot harder than any previous RE game as well, not really any puzzles so far though which is kind of dissapointing. Also, the treasure is just for selling or have you found any that has a purpose? I was kinda scared at first to sell some of it. |

I'm selling the treasure. If it's needed they wouldn't let you sell it I think.
What did you think of the boss fight on the lake? Cause I gotta say, that was probably the best boss I've ever faced. So in fun!!
And the interactivity in the video's is awesome too. Always keeps you on your toes cause you never know when you gotta do something to dodge an attack.

Ya the fight was tight, ing took a beating there too, came out of that with no health items and like 20% health lmao. Once you past the lake is the farms still ahead for the blue medallions or did I pass it? I got all the medallions in the GY, but never saw any anywhere else, but don't know if I should have found them yet.
Gotta get that gamecube now so I can play some more :toothless |

| Don't worry. You'll go back to the cemetary where there's more medallions. Just make sure you get 10. Getting 15 gets you nothing. |

I'm on Chapter 4-1. The new area is very unsettling. Creeps the hell out of me.
Oh, and btw, I noticed that you already got all of the medallions in the cemetary. When you get back to the barn you'll find more there. It's the area where you had a blue note on a tree. You'll go back to it. Get'em there ;) |

Ya, just got past that part, I'm up to the part where you have to ride the lift down, man the game is just gettin more and more crazy it doesn't give you a chance to catch your breath. When those villagers were storming that barn, omfg lol. |
