Here's a semi-serious question...suppose he did buy his ticket and they refused to fund him back...could he sue you for false advertising...i know this sounds laughable to a certain extent, but after what I've witnessed in the States, that's not far fetched at all...in fact it seems quite sane compared to the schmuck who is suing the reality TV show "Survivor" for $2.5 million because they grossed out the poor little soul when one of the contestants was forced to eat rats...change the channel you ing doorknob :D Anyway, sorry for the hijack, back to the topic... |

But couldn't he still sue you for journalistic (assuming that's what reporting information is) malfaisance since you knew it wasn't being held anymore but didn't change it within the maximum allowed span of about 2.6 microseconds for reporting new information, as dictated by the Green Goblins of the internet.
